These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player", "you") and drwi11 ("drwi11", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the drwi11 website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") accessible at https://drwi11.cam and associated domains.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through drwi11, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.

1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by a User on the drwi11 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a User's Account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, togel lottery, sabung ayam match, or other gambling activity offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by drwi11 to Users, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User's bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method into their drwi11 Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age, and address through submission of valid identification documents.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's drwi11 Account Balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and maintain an Account with drwi11, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Not have a history of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violation of gambling terms on any online betting platform.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion database or have previously requested permanent closure of a drwi11 Account.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Registration requires completion of an online form providing personal details, selection of a unique username and secure password, and acceptance of these Terms. Each User is permitted one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. drwi11 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any wagers placed through such accounts, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses accrued.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

All Users must complete KYC verification before requesting their first withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and signature.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, with both your face and the ID clearly visible.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document) dated within the past three (3) months.

drwi11 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, payment method ownership, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify drwi11 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. drwi11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

drwi11 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned to the source (minus applicable processing fees) and potential Account closure.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit: Rp 100.000.000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction, subject to verification level. Higher limits may be available for VIP members upon request.

3.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your drwi11 Account instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact customer support via Live Chat with your transaction reference number.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on drwi11 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, with any applicable conversion fees deducted.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification and had your identity documents approved.
• Withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your KYC documents.
• Have met all applicable wagering requirements if your Account Balance includes bonus funds.
• Have a minimum Balance of Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

drwi11 endeavors to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 5-30 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), up to 12 hours for requests submitted overnight or on public holidays.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): Instant to 10 minutes.

First withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. drwi11 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal patterns.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50.000.000 for standard members, Rp 100.000.000 for VIP members. Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 200.000.000 for standard members, unlimited for VIP members.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

drwi11 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond drwi11's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

drwi11 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Eligibility criteria: Some bonuses are available only to new users, while others may be targeted to specific user segments.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds typically require a specified amount of turnover (e.g., 5x, 10x, or 20x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Expiration dates: Bonuses must be used within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) or they will expire.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may be valid only for specific games or betting markets.
• Maximum bet limits: When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet per round or per wager may be restricted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

drwi11 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Coordinated betting patterns among multiple accounts designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to exploit bonus terms.
• Making deposits solely to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to play.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed except where explicitly permitted by the Platform (e.g., cash-out feature).
• Bets placed on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events will generally be voided and stakes returned, except where rules for specific sports or markets state otherwise.
• drwi11 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors, human error, or obvious pricing mistakes.
• Maximum payout per bet: Rp 500.000.000. Maximum payout per day: Rp 1.000.000.000.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting results are determined based on official sources (e.g., league websites, official statistics providers). In case of disputes, drwi11's determination of the result is final. Settlement of live in-play bets may be delayed pending official confirmation of the result.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games are provided by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) and are governed by their respective game rules. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays.

6.4 Togel and Lottery Games

Togel results are drawn from official international lottery pools including Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and Sydney Pools. Results are published in real-time as received from official sources. drwi11 does not manipulate or alter togel results in any way.

6.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Use of bots, software, or automated systems to place bets.
• Money laundering or using drwi11 for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward drwi11 staff or other users.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

drwi11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable users. We provide tools to help you control your gambling, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a specified play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account if you feel gambling is becoming a problem.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements.

8.2 Suspension and Termination by drwi11

drwi11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You are found to have multiple accounts.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, all bonuses and pending bets will be voided. drwi11 may withhold any Balance if there is reasonable suspicion of Terms violation pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the drwi11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and trademarks, is the property of drwi11 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, drwi11 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity.
• Interruptions or technical malfunctions of the Platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or game providers.
• Your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

In no event shall drwi11's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting drwi11 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English or Indonesian language.

12. Amendments to Terms

drwi11 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
